Our calendar only lists meetings or local events that may be of interest to our club members.  For a more comprehensive listing of things happening in our area, please click on the above link.  Harrison recommends checking with the organizer of the event, especially if it is a distance away from home (because some planned events are cancelled or moved) or if pre-registration is required. Many of these events have a website which gives more information.
